Arctic Cycling is a quality assurance company for partners and subcontractors and is in the process of developing a certification system for cycling tourism. The certification that your company achieves will provide motivation and guidelines to be a professional host for cyclists and help you maintain focus on quality, customer satisfaction and bicycle friendliness. The Arctic Cycling certification will contribute to that cyclists will use your services and products.
Who can participate?
Everyone who wishes to facilitate cycling tourism in Northern Norway, emphasizes quality.
This is how the certification process takes place
Arctic Cycling has two different certification schemes. An arrangement focuses on activities and products aimed at cyclists and cycling tourists and another scheme for hotels and accommodation that wishes to facilitate cycling tourists. We will visit your company and quality tests and review various items that we emphasize. You will then based on whether you meet our quality requirements, get a graduated approval and a certification. This certification must be updated every other year to keep the requirements that our certification entails.
